My oh-so-talented sister paints in her spare time and a few of her paintings are hung up in a cafe in Los Angeles. If you’re in the area, as we were this past weekend, stop by Funnel Mill and check out her paintings. As the proud sister, I made her pose in front of her paintings for some pictures. If you do stop by Funnel Mill, try the Dark Chocolate Truffle coffee. It’s coffee, not a mocha, but it definitely has a hint of chocolate. Very unique! If you get it iced, even the ice cubes are made of coffee so it won’t water down your coffee. We took ours to go and sipped coffee while walking along the Santa Monica pier. What a perfect afternoon.
