This Saturday night, Diego Cremona and Suzanne Sickel became husband and wife at the Menlo Circus Polo Club. It was a beautiful, beautiful ceremony and probably the most fun wedding I’ve ever been to. So fun, in fact, that I didn’t even pull out the big camera to hide behind and take photos. Unfortunately, this means that I only got a few snapshots with a point-and-shoot.
From the moment we walked in (late), we were transported into the world of their love, with gorgeous bouquets of roses and orchids, a ceremony with quotes from Buddha, the classics played by the string quartet during the ceremony and the cocktail hour, and the loving and funny speeches given by Suzanne’s dad and Diego’s brother. I loved everything about their wedding – the photobooth where guests could take pictures and then write a note to the happy couple, the delicious menu including a cheese course (yum!), the wine and champagne, and the perfect wedding band. When Diego gets back from his honeymoon in Hawaii, I’m going to tackle him for the name of this band. They were incredible and I (yes I!) danced.
